Your generous donation provides for the needs of this nocturnal, nectar-loving species for approximately three months! Upon checkout, you’ll receive a digital adoption package complete with your Adoption Certificate and a thank-you email that includes your tax-deductible information.
Kinkajou Facts (Fun Fact Sheet Included in Digital Package):
- Kinkajous are nocturnal animals, rarely seen by people during the day.
- They sleep in tree hollows or shaded leaf tangles to avoid direct sunlight.
- Kinkajous can live up to an impressive 40 years!
- Known as “honey bears” in Costa Rica, they are named for their sweet smell and love for honey and nectar.
