Isaac has been part of our organization since April 2021 when he started as a volunteer. Some months later, he became a Tour Guide, a role he still holds as he enjoys spreading environmental education.
He is originally from Southern Costa Rica and is currently studying Biology with an emphasis on Tropical Biology.
Now, he is the Animal Husbandry & Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, he is responsible for the diets, cleaning, enrichment, and training of the animals in our Sanctuary. He oversees the general care of the permanent residents and strives to provide them with the best possible quality of life, aiming to make up for what humans have done to these animals.
