This March 6 at 5:30 pm, music and conservation come together in an unforgettable night with the annual fundraiser “Tunes for Toucans”, hosted by Riverside Marketplace Pizzeria and Gastropub off Route 32, Carretera Braulio Carillo, Heredia, Costa Rica. It promises to be a memorable evening filled with great music, phenomenal food, and the chance to make a difference in the lives of wildlife and their conservation!
Enjoy a unique musical experience with renowned artists from Marfil, who will make everyone dance with their unmistakable tropical and Caribbean music and, the talent of the Josh Quinlan Quartet will transport us with the magic of jazz and improvisation.
In addition, thanks to generous sponsors, there will be a Silent Auction, where attendees can bid on exclusive activities and experiences. The proceeds will also be used to improve the rescue center and wildlife sanctuary.
The funds raised from this event, through ticket sales and the auction, will support improvements to the clinic, cover medical expenses, specialized diets, and maintenance of the enclosure, as well as general property upkeep. Additionally, these proceeds will facilitate enrichment activities and other essential measures to ensure that resident animals enjoy an excellent quality of life, while also providing species candidates with a second chance at life in the wild.
Fundraising events like these not only help us raise money, but they help our community grow. The businesses and musicians we collaborate with to bring this event together all have a common goal: to help save Costa Rican wildlife!
